Job Duties and Responsibilities

Director of Practice Operations job responsibilities include:

  • Manage personnel at multiple locations with the goal of ensuring quality patient service
  • Implement and oversee all rules and regulations necessary to provide high-end dermatology services
  • Manage all clinic support personnel
  • Monitor HR clinic staff activities 
  • Patient visits and wait time oversight
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day clinic activity at several locations

Qualifications

Director of Practice Operations required skills & qualifications include:

  • Four-year degree plus at least five years of leadership experience in the healthcare industry
  • Current DL and willingness to drive to various clinics
  • Able to rotate between various locations on schedule, offering support and guidance
  • Desire and capability to work autonomously or with various teams
  • Strong computer skills including various Electronic Medical Records systems
  • Excellent multi-project development/management capabilities
  • Recruitment/staff development skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
