Methotrexate Pharmacokinetics Point Toward Possible Alternative Dosing

In patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), it can take 6 months for oral methotrexate (MTX) to reach steady-state blood levels, according to a study by researchers in New Zealand published in the November issue of Arthritis & Rheumatism.
